Clover Q&A (Spring 2010)

http://www.clover-usa.com/img/8900.jpgQ. My needles stick inside the Needle Felting Tool (Art No. 8900). What should I do?

A. If your needles start to stick inside the tool when working the roving on the brush mat, follow the instructions on the package for cleaning the tool. After using the tool for awhile fibers from the roving get caught inside and need to be cleaned out.

A. The Pen Style Felting Tool is shaped like a ball point pen. It holds 3 needles as opposed to 5 needles in the regular felting tool, and it’s shaped to fit in the needle felting molds. For small, delicate pieces and finishing work remove two of the needles and use the Pen Style with just one needle.

Q. What happens when my needles break?

A. Clover has replacement needles in fine weight (Art No. 8905) and heavy weight (Art No. 8906).

Q. What is the Claw and Mat Cleaner (Art No. 8919)?

This little tool is great for holding small pieces away from your fingers while felting. It blends colors of roving and cleans the loose fibers from the mat.
